&lt;p&gt;With the club season now over, it’s now time for the most prestigious international continental tournament: the &lt;strong&gt;European Championship&lt;/strong&gt;. Three years on from Italy’s triumph at Wembley, the 17th edition of the competition will take place in Germany from&lt;strong&gt; 14 June to 14 July&lt;/strong&gt;. After the European Qualifiers and play-offs (&lt;strong&gt;linked to the 2022/23 UEFA Nations League&lt;/strong&gt;), we know the 24 teams who will play in the final tournament. They will soon take to the pitch across ten different German cities. The first game will be played at the Allianz Arena in Munich, and the tournament will finish at the legendary Olympiastadion in Berlin, where Italy triumphed at the 2006 World Cup. The sides have been divided into six groups of four. The top two in each group will progress to the round of 16 along with the four best third-place finishers.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Let’s start looking ahead to Euro 2024, focusing on the teams who are heading to Germany with players or coaches who showcased themselves in our league during the 2023/24 campaign.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;figure data-asset-id=&#34;07e228fe-8d3f-4bd4-975d-8141bdf8edb0&#34; data-image-id=&#34;07e228fe-8d3f-4bd4-975d-8141bdf8edb0&#34;&gt;&lt;img src=&#34;https://assets-eu-01.kc-usercontent.com:443/6be6dbcf-fd70-012d-ec80-2d3245f5ce6a/76f4dd5f-3b91-48a5-8b1c-29ca32b700c3/Sito_HERO_lukaku.jpg&#34; data-asset-id=&#34;07e228fe-8d3f-4bd4-975d-8141bdf8edb0&#34; data-image-id=&#34;07e228fe-8d3f-4bd4-975d-8141bdf8edb0&#34; alt=&#34;&#34;&gt;&lt;/figure&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;GROUP E&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The only group to bring along a coach from Serie A TIM 2023/24 is Group E, made up of &lt;strong&gt;Belgium&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;Slovakia&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;Romania&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;Ukraine&lt;/strong&gt;, an exceptional fact in the recent history of European football.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Belgium &lt;/strong&gt;will be after their first-ever International title once again and Head Coach Domenico Tedesco’s side has a few tricks up their sleeve, coming off the back of finishing top of their qualifying group ahead of Austria and Sweden. The Red Devils can boast about having the top goalscorer from the preliminary rounds in their side, &lt;strong&gt;Romelu Lukaku&lt;/strong&gt; (Roma), who helped push his country to Germany with his 14 goals. Another important Belgian could be &lt;strong&gt;Charles De Ketelaere&lt;/strong&gt; (Atalanta), who picked up 14 goals and 11 assists all competitions considered this season under Gasperini in Bergamo.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Slovakia &lt;/strong&gt;secured their tickets to Euro 2024 with a second-place finish in Group J behind Portugal but ahead of Luxembourg, Iceland and Bosnia and Herzegovina under Head Coach &lt;strong&gt;Francesco Calzona, &lt;/strong&gt;manager at Napoli for a good part of the second half of the league season. The ex-Partenopei coach was able to observe the Slovakian players in Serie A TIM from up close, eventually choosing to call up &lt;strong&gt;Stanislav Lobotka&lt;/strong&gt; (Napoli), Scaligeri &lt;strong&gt;Ondrej Duda&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;Tomas Suslov&lt;/strong&gt; (Verona), as well as &lt;strong&gt;Norbert Gyomber&lt;/strong&gt; (Salernitana) and &lt;strong&gt;Adam Obert&lt;/strong&gt; (Cagliari).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Romania&lt;/strong&gt; is back in a European tournament after missing out on Euro 2020 and a convincing run in the qualifying phase for this competition that ended with them winning their group ahead of Switzerland and Israel. &lt;strong&gt;Razvan Marin&lt;/strong&gt; (Empoli) is the only player from the Italian top division to be called up by Iordanescu whose side will want to emulate their best finish in the tournament in 2000, the first and only time the Romanians managed to get past the groupstage.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ukraine &lt;/strong&gt;also only bring one player from our league of the 26 chosen by Rebrov, Genoa midfielder &lt;strong&gt;Ruslan Malinovskyi&lt;/strong&gt;. After fighting it out with Italy to finish second in the group in the very last qualifier, they succeeded in reaching Euro 2024 after the play-off game against Iceland and other Genoa player, Guðmundsson.
