&lt;p&gt;The Eden Arena in Prague is ready to host the second &lt;strong&gt;Conference League&lt;/strong&gt; final in history, with &lt;strong&gt;Roma&lt;/strong&gt; having beaten &lt;strong&gt;Feyenoord&lt;/strong&gt; in Tirana last year. The Viola, who suffered a narrow defeat to Inter in the Coppa Italia Frecciarossa on 24 May, will be looking to win the trophy to make an already positive season unforgettable.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In the first of two Anglo-Italian finals this week - &lt;strong&gt;Manchester City&lt;/strong&gt; vs. &lt;strong&gt;Inter&lt;/strong&gt; will take place on Saturday - Fiorentina will have to keep a close eye on Italians &lt;strong&gt;Emerson Palmieri&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;Ogbonna&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;Scamacca&lt;/strong&gt;, as well as &lt;strong&gt;Michail Antonio&lt;/strong&gt;. The latter is the joint second-highest scorer in the competition (six, level with Jovic), with &lt;strong&gt;Cabral&lt;/strong&gt; and FC Basel’s &lt;strong&gt;Zeki Amdouni&lt;/strong&gt; currently leading the way in this regard (seven).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Both teams began their first Conference League seasons in the play-off qualification round, although &lt;strong&gt;West Ham&lt;/strong&gt; have played two fewer matches to reach the final after winning their group and subsequently avoiding the knockout round play-offs before the round of 16.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fiorentina&lt;/strong&gt;, who finished second in their group, have won 11, drawn twice and lost three of their 16 matches in the competition. From matchday three of the group stage up to and including their quarter-final first leg, the Viola recorded nine consecutive victories.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Meanwhile, the English side, who were eliminated by &lt;strong&gt;Eintracht Frankfurt&lt;/strong&gt; in the Europa League semi-finals last year, arrive in Prague unbeaten having won 13 and drawn one of their 14 games. After getting the better of &lt;strong&gt;Viborg&lt;/strong&gt; in qualifying, the Hammers became the very first side to finish a Conference League group on maximum points. Indeed, they won all six of their Group B matches against &lt;strong&gt;FCSB&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;Silkeborg&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;Anderlecht&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This is &lt;strong&gt;Fiorentina&lt;/strong&gt;’s fifth involvement in a UEFA final. They’ve only won one so far, beating &lt;strong&gt;Rangers&lt;/strong&gt; in the 1960/61 European Cup Winners’ Cup but losing to &lt;strong&gt;Real Madrid&lt;/strong&gt; in the 1956/57 European Cup, &lt;strong&gt;Atlético Madrid&lt;/strong&gt; in the 1961/62 Cup Winners’ Cup and &lt;strong&gt;Juventus&lt;/strong&gt; in the 1989/90 UEFA Cup. As for &lt;strong&gt;West Ham&lt;/strong&gt;, they’ve won one Cup Winners’ Cup and also got their hands on the 1999 Intertoto Cup.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This will be the first meeting between the two clubs in a UEFA competition. &lt;strong&gt;Fiorentina&lt;/strong&gt; have a positive record against English sides (six wins, three draws and three defeats), while &lt;strong&gt;West Ham&lt;/strong&gt;’s only previous encounter with an Italian team was their two-legged tie with &lt;strong&gt;Palermo&lt;/strong&gt; in the first round of the 2006/07 UEFA Cup (two defeats).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Hammers, who finished 14th in the Premier League, will be involved in their third European final in history: they defeated &lt;strong&gt;1860&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Munich&lt;/strong&gt; in the Cup Winners’ Cup in 1964/65 but lost to &lt;strong&gt;Anderlecht&lt;/strong&gt; in the same competition eleven years later.
