&lt;p style=&#34;text-align: justify;&#34;&gt;The second training of the week took place yesterday morning at Milanello, in preparation for the match on Sunday by 6pm which will see &lt;strong&gt;Milan&lt;/strong&gt; face Lazio at the Olimpico Stadium in the &lt;strong&gt;Serie A TIM&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p style=&#34;text-align: justify;&#34;&gt;The training session started in the gym with a warm-up phase, both manually and with the specialized machines. The team was later on divided into two groups on the central pitch: on one half the defenders worked on a tactical level, focusing on defensive line coordination; on the other half the rest of the team was engaged in a technical exercise on ball control and passes. Subsequently, the squad regrouped to perform technical exercises alternated with an athletic phase, followed by an 11-on-11 tactical exercise on the reduced field including the goalkeepers.
