&lt;p style=&#34;text-align: justify;&#34;&gt;Coach &lt;strong&gt;Luciano Spalletti&lt;/strong&gt; pinpointed a lack of maturity in his side following their 3-2 defeat to Sampdoria on Sunday. The Giallorossi succumbed to a first defeat of 2017 after conceding two goals in the space of three minutes in the second half, as substitute Patrik Schick and striker Luis Muriel turned a 2-1 deficit into a 3-2 advantage for the hosts. Having seen his side lead twice, Spalletti was critical of his side&amp;#39;s mentality - even if he acknowledged that Sampdoria had played better for spells of the match.&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p style=&#34;text-align: justify;&#34;&gt;&#34;In the two moments after we scored, we didn&amp;#39;t show the right maturity to manage the game as we should have done,&#34; Spalletti said. &#34; We found Sampdoria&amp;#39;s tempo hard to deal with in the first half especially; they played better than us, attacking at a high pace. We were constantly losing the ball, unable to move it about and break up their pressure. From a tactical point of view, the opponents left some holes, but we weren&amp;#39;t able to exploit them. We were short on quality and they performed better than us in the first half. We started the second half in better shape, pressing them high up the pitch and moving the ball about&#34;.&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p style=&#34;text-align: justify;&#34;&gt;&#34;We had the contest in the palm of our hands, although we couldn&amp;#39;t find the goal for 3-1. Then there was a three-minute spell, where between deflections, crosses and rebounds we didn&amp;#39;t look like a mature outfit. Shortly afterwards we were caught off guard against the run of play. In situations like these, a team like ours has to do better. We lacked maturity. We weren&amp;#39;t able to make the most of our possession and we were a little slow at reading the game on occasion. We conceded from two situations where the defensive line wasn&amp;#39;t to blame. As I mentioned, we didn&amp;#39;t put in the right intensity in the first half and they took advantage from a couple of situations.
